I deleted the iPod Photo Cache in both places as described by Aayush 08/21/11 and it worked!! I have also tried re-installing itunes, Restarting/Re-setting/Restoring the Touch itself. links/?help?? I have an ipod nano 4th generation and updated to firmware 1.0.2. check over here
