Web, Avast or AVG.Make sure you perform a full system scan and clean any viruses, trojans and other malicious software from the system. I had to add EVERY site I visited to the trusted site list in tools >internet options, otherwise it would not work . It loads fine at first, no issue at all, and then after just a minute or two, it stops connecting to websites, period. Thank you ..
If nothing works, go into device manager and uninstall your network controller and reboot your computer.
