You can identify it by looking in the system32 folder. The program has no visible window. It'll be there. After you go through all the actions to remove jusched from tasks and it is is still there after reboots/restarts, run msconfig>startup and lookk for it there also.
Get a grip, it is harmless, disable it if you want to. Unfortunately, it's not uncommon for malicious software authors to use well known and legit file names to confuse users and in some cases to avoid detection.
