Just a small update on this, the problem was effecting every machine in the domain. i did a clean install without putting the Pc in the Domain (so no domain policys att all) i make a test print and it worked fine. I have tried resetting all IE settings, disabling all add-ons, uninstalling flash player and java, different printers, installing IE9, but nothing seems to work. I understand the print will work on the 34 bits but I would have to do a complete reload to go back. I had this issue with IE9 and outlook emails. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/308260
