You can do this direct from your iPhone via WiFi or via iTunes. Below that you'll see the heading "Accounts". Just tapSettings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Your Account > and tap Delete Account. Open up Settings, go to Mail, Contacts and Calendars and find your email account that you want to you want to enable email deletion for. Homepage
