I was able to start iTunes again after deleting the iTunes Library Genius.itdb file. However, the phone works properly, my computer picks it up, but only iTunes now doesn't recognize it. After the restart, start iTunes, DO NOT PLUGIN YOUR iPHONE/iPAD/iPOD YET!! If I updated a podcast the sync would pick it up but not the songs, etc.
Maybe that had something to do with it.
