If you have moved any music at all it seems that you might need to try deleting playlists and starting over. i was afraid all my music and apps would disappear but they didn't! Thank you for additional info. I want to be able to play my music through my computer...

So I solved it, worked for me, may not work for you, but I'm sure when you try everything else its worth trying something else. To fix this, either delete the files from the library (in the iTunes GUI) and add them again.
